Cancellation Policy

A full refund is available for cancellations made by 5 PM on the Friday 2 weeks prior to the course. For cancellations made during the course, a partial refund may be issued based on the number of circles attended and the timing of the cancellation. Please note that no refunds will be provided for missed circles, even if notice of absence is given.
